Eat Right! Try the Cucumber Lemon Pop

Easy peasy!!! Grate half medium size cucumber, squeeze two to three large lemons, mix in 500 ml of hot water and add sugar to taste. Add more water if you so choose. You may add mint for flavour. Freeze in ice trays or add popcicle sticks for more fun. Enjoy with slices of oranges and lemon for more zest!!!  🙂
