Melt a whole bar chocolate of your choice/taste ie dairy, dark, flavoured, white, organic in a saucepan. Do not let it boil. Let it semi cool. In advance, cover a baking tray with a little butter. Strip the bananas and dip in the chocolate. You may sprinkle some coconut or chopped dried fruits over the coated banana. Place gently on the buttered trays and cut in bite size pieces. Place in fridge to freeze together.
Enjoy with fresh fruit like peaches, apricots, pears and a cup of herbal tea or coffee. Indulge!!
